Carrot Cake Ever

*INGREDIENTS

+Frosting:

° 2 1/2 cups icing sugar

° 1/2 cup unsalted butter

° 1 package 250 g cream cheese

° 1 teaspoon vanilla+Cake :

° 2 1/2 cup flour

° 2 tsp baking powder

° 1 tsp baking soda

° 2 tsp cinnamon

° 1/2 teaspoon salt

° 1 cup vegetable oil

° 2 cups sugar

° 4 eggs

° 1 teaspoon vanilla

°3 cups grated carrots*

PREPERATION

STEP 1Cake: Heat oven to 350°F.  Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon & salt in  bowl.

2ND STEP In a large bowl, combine the oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

STEP 3Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

STEP 4Add grated carrots.

STEP 5Pour into the mould. Put in the oven and cook for about 50 minutes.

STEP 6Cream Cheese Ice Cream: Beat butter and cream cheese.

STEP 7Slowly add the icing sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth.Enjoy !
